How it lands on your reel

Choose a voice

Open your reel in the editor, pick an FX Pack on the Motion lane and set how much: Subtle, Bold or Crazy. The AI places the elements on your beats.

The AI choreographs

An opener on the hook, callouts on the numbers you state, accents on the hits, transition effects on the cuts, a closer on the call to action. Never over a face.

You own every element

The Motion lane in the editor holds each one: drag, retime, change the kind and copy, add from any pack, switch packs or shuffle. The API and MCP take the same choices.

Developers: graphicsPack and graphicsIntensity on POST /api/v1/videos, packs listed at GET /api/v1/graphics-packs.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the Reelsmith motion graphics library?
A library of 75 procedural motion graphics, grouped into 8 FX Packs with one voice each (Cinema, Energy, Kinetic Pro, Explainer, Neon Cyber, Luxe, Paper & Ink, Chaos). They are not stock templates or downloaded overlays: every element is drawn live from your footage's own colours and timed to its own beats, cuts and key words.
How are the motion graphics placed on my video?
The AI choreographer reads the reel: the hook line, emphasised words, stated numbers, audio transients, music beats, cuts and where the subject sits. It places an opener on the hook, callouts on the figures you state, accents on the hits, transition effects on the cuts and a closer on the call to action, within a density cap for the intensity you chose (Subtle, Bold or Crazy).
Can I edit the motion graphics?
Yes. Every element is on the Motion lane of the editor: drag it, retime it, change its kind, copy, position, strength and layer, remove it, or add any effect from any pack at the playhead. You can switch the whole reel to another pack or shuffle a new arrangement from the same beats, and anything you placed by hand stays.
Does it work through the API?
Yes. Pass graphicsPack and graphicsIntensity to POST /api/v1/videos (or the reelsmith_create_video MCP tool), and list the packs with GET /api/v1/graphics-packs. Omit them and the reel renders without motion graphics; pass auto for the style's default pack at Bold.
Which editing styles get motion graphics?
Every style, including beat-synced reels. Motion graphics are off until you switch them on in the editor. Each style has a suggested pack (talking heads get Kinetic Pro, gaming and action get Energy, explainers and product demos get Explainer, weddings and scenic reels get Luxe, memes get Chaos, documentaries and motivational reels get Cinema) and any pack can be chosen instead.
