Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Reelsmith (the "Service"), operated by RedAnalytica ("we", "us"), a trade name registered in India (reelsmith.video). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Reelsmith is an AI-assisted tool that analyzes raw video you upload and produces edited short-form versions (cuts, captions, reframing, effects, and export formats). The Service is engagement-optimized and does not guarantee virality, views, reach, or any specific result.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your content & rights

  • You retain all ownership of the footage you upload and the videos we generate from it.
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transcribe, and transform your content solely to provide the Service (including sending it to our processing sub-providers).
  • You represent that you own or have all necessary rightsto the footage, audio, music, and any third-party material you upload, and that processing it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.
  • We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train models.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload or create content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or that you lack the rights to. We may run automated content moderation and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Plans, minutes & billing

  • Paid plans are billed via our payment provider on a recurring basis until cancelled.
  • Usage is metered in editing minutes per billing period; you may purchase additional one-time minute add-ons. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Prices and plan limits may change with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, software, and brand are owned by RedAnalytica. These Terms grant you no rights in our IP beyond use of the Service.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of [Your City], India.
